Announcing Review Courses for the California Fiduciaries Exam. The National Guardianship and PFAC have developed a course and study guide to prepare fiduciaries for the California licensing examination. PFAC is an affiliate of the National Guardianship Association
PFAC is committed to provide information to the membership on economic, social and political developments likely to affect the professional fiduciary; to provide continuing education and promote minimum standards in the administration of conservatorships, guardianships, trusts, estates and durable powers of attorney; to build and maintain awareness of this association among families, attorneys, probate court officials, various city and county agencies, and among present and potential fiduciaries; to provide advocacy with the state legislature; and to cooperate with the courts of this state.
